Fattening and good breakfast burritos - original un-healthied recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Momma Doni's Breakfast Burritos

8 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. breakfast sausage
2 large potatoes
1/2 c. salsa
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Recipe Directions for Momma Doni's Breakfast Burritos

  1. Dice potatoes very small and cook until brown and soft.

  2. Cook sausage in another pan until cooked through and broken up.

  3. Add potatoes to sausage

  4. Wisk eggs and milk in bowl and then add to pan and scramble.

  5. Warm tortillas before assembling. Place 3/4 c mixture on tortilla, add salsa and cheese to taste, roll up. Wrap in parchement and store.

  6. Microwave 1 minute to heat and eat!
