A healthier, no oil granola for your breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Momma Cowgirl's Favorite Granola

7 cups rolled oats
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Momma Cowgirl's Favorite Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Grease or use a spray on oil to coat a large pan such as a lasagna pan. Pour the mixture into pan and spread out.

  4. Put in oven and bake for 90 minutes. Stir the granola every 15 minutes until it is done. Allow it to cool and put in an airtight container.
