3 cups of vegetables, this one with broccoli, zuccini and mushrooms. Can make with tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, etc. All in one dish

Recipe Ingredients for Momalicious One-Dish Dinner

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 cup zuccini
1 cup mushrooms
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon Parmesan, grated
1 dash Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Momalicious One-Dish Dinner

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Place chicken, garlic, and vegetables in a baking dish.

  3. Drizzle with the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Mix in garlic and salt and pepper.

  4. Top with the Parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes
