Easy and quick chicken dinner. Serve over whole wheat pasta or brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Moma Chicken

1 pound chicken breast, frozen
8 ounce tomato sauce
8 ounces mushrooms, canned
1/2 cup flavored breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry basil
1 salt, pepper, paprika

Recipe Directions for Moma Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Place frozen chicken breasts in a roasting pan or dish, side by side.

  3. Mix sauce, mushrooms, and garlic, then spread evenly over chicken.

  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and season with basil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  5. Cover pan with foil. Bake 1 hour. Serve with whole wheat pasta or brown rice.
