Amazing Cake from Southern Living I think

Recipe Ingredients for Molten Chocolate Cake

6 oz Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares
18 tbsp Butter
3 medium Egg, Whole
3 large Egg, Yolk
1.5 cup Powdered Sugar
0.5 cup All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Molten Chocolate Cake

  1. 1. Heat oven to 450F (425F convection oven). Grease bottoms of 6-8 custard cups or fancy muffin pans, dust with cocoa. In 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool Slightly (or do it in the microwave for same result faster)

  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat whole eggs and egg yolks with wire whisk or eggbeater until well blended. Beat 1-1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Beat in melted chocolate mixture and flour. Divide evenly among custard cups. Place cups on cookie sheet with sides.

  3. 3. Bake exactly 11 minutes (original recipe says 12-14) until you see very small cracks on the top. IMPORTANT let stand for 3 minutes, run small knife or metal spatula along sides of cakes to loosen. Immediately place heatproof serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over, remove cup. (I use a cookie sheet for the fancy muffin pan). Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and Garnish with kumquats if desired. Serve warm. (Ice cream is really good with this desert).
