Slow cooked beef in a curry sauce, for a hotter version add 2 to 3 chopped red chillies

Recipe Ingredients for Molly's Saturday Night Beef Curry

750 g Stewing Beef cut into cubes
3 onions
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbs tomato puree
2 tbs Madras Curry Powder
1 tbs Mango Chutney
400 g tinned tomatoes
300 ml beef stock
1 red pepper
1 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Molly's Saturday Night Beef Curry

  1. chop onions and peppers

  2. put all ingredients in to a casserole pot

  3. and cook slowley in oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 160 c
