Recipe Ingredients for Mole de olla

750 grams Chicken
2 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin, peladas
1 chayote (5-3/4") Chayote, Fruit
3 medium Carrots
250 grams Beans, Snap, Green
2 Serving Corn, desgranado o en trozos con el olote
1 serving Chile Ancho, un chile ancho desvenado
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Mole de olla

Cocer el pollo en 2 litros de agua, con el ajo y la cebolla y una cucharadita de sal o al gusto. Colarlo todo. El pollo se corta en pedazos grandes y el ajo y la cebolla se desechan. En el caldo que quedo, agregar el chayote, las zanahorias, los ejotes, el elote y el chile ancho previamente desvenado y lavado. Las verduras se ponen en trozos grandes. Se regresa el pollo a la olla. Se sirve con limon.
