1 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1 tsp cloves, ground
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

  1. Whip sugar into milk, then molasses, then whip in eggs.

  2. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

  3. Optionally roll in splenda.

  4. Bake 350 for about 12 minutes.
