Recipe Ingredients for Molasses ginger cookies

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbs blackstrap molasses

Recipe Directions for Molasses ginger cookies

  1. mix all but 2 Tbs of molasses

  2. roll in balls roll in sugar

  3. place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 mins

  4. when they come out make a dent with spoon and pour a little molasses in the dent. Let cool .
