1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
3 clove Garlic
1 serving, raw Cilantro

Recipe Directions for mokokshi zahra

  1. broil the cauliflower

  2. saute the maet with oil

  3. boil the meat

  4. add the cauliflower over the ,meat

  5. add the boiled chickpeas

  6. let them cook

  7. and the chopped cilantro and minced garlic

  8. add salt and pepper and cumin

  9. serve with rice
