Grilled chicken sandwich with lime and mint flavours

Recipe Ingredients for Mojito Chicken Sandwich

2 Medium+Slice Bread
100 g chicken breast
1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
5 g Red Raw Chillies
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato
10 g onion
10 g mint leaves
1 g sugar
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Mojito Chicken Sandwich

  1. Mix mayonnaise, chilli, lime juice, 1 tbsp chopped mint and sugar in a bowl

  2. Grill chicken breast and onion until cooked, keep warm

  3. Grill bread

  4. Spread bread with mayonnaise mix, top with lettuce, whole mint leaves, tomato slices. Slice chicken and put on top.
