These turkey burgers are full of flavor, healthy for you and easy to make. The egg and bread crumbs make the turkey firmer so they won't fall apart. I baked these in the oven but you can try grilling as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Moist & zesty turkey burgers

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup Nacho and Taco Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Moist & zesty turkey burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Gently mix turkey, bread crumbs and chili powder in a bowl. Add or substitute your favorite spices, salt and/or pepper to taste.

  3. Separate into 4 even pieces, flattening into a pattie.

  4. Place patties in a pan, lined with tin foil for easy cleanup.

  5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turning over once after 15 minutes. You can also grill these, at least 5 minutes per side.

  6. Add cooked patties to english muffins. Substitute with your favorite bun.

  7. Adorn with tomato slice and onion.

  8. Add ketchup, barbeque sauce or bold A1 for extra flavor and enjoy!

  9. Add a side of sweet potato fries for a side.
