Recipe Ingredients for Moist Honey Bran Muffins

1 cup Wheat Bran
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 serving Natural Pure Raw Honey
0.75 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
28 grams Chopped Walnuts
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Moist Honey Bran Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Combine wheat bran, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in nuts and raisins. In a separate bowl, blend applesauce, milk, honey, oil and eggs. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tin (or paper muffin cups) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
