Light & fluffy biscuits just like your grandmother made.

Recipe Ingredients for Moist & Creamy Biscuits

1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 c Heavy Whipping Cream

Recipe Directions for Moist & Creamy Biscuits

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir in just enough whipping cream so dough leaves the side of the bowl and forms a ball. If dough is too dry, mix in 1 -2 tsp more whipping cream. Place on a floured surface and roll out. Cut with a biscuit cutter and back for 12 -15 minutes or until golden brown and not doughy. Best if made ahead. Also can be made into scones.
