Recipe Ingredients for Moist Corn Bread

1 cup sour cream
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup creamed corn
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Moist Corn Bread

  1. # mix dry ingredients

  2. # crack in two eggs and mix

  3. # add rest of ingredients and mix

  4. # pour into sprayed 8 in. by 8 in. baking pan

  5. # bake 25 minutes at 400 F
