Recipe Ingredients for Moist Chocolate Brownies

0.75 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
14 oz Condensed Milk
0.33 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
4 large Egg, White
0.33 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Moist Chocolate Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9"x13" baking pan.

  2. Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and cocoa powder over low heat.

  3. Combine the chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients; pour into baking pan.

  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until center is set. Cool, cut into pieces and store lightly covered at room temperature.
