Recipe Ingredients for Moist Choco-Chunk Cake

6 dates Dates, Medjool
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
6 egg Grade A Large Brown Omega-3 Eggs
16 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Naturals Natural Cashew Butter
0.15 cup Pure Maple Syrup
2.67 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
50 grams Sea Salt
2 oz Coconut Milk
16 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic
0.37 cup Baking Chunks
0.5 cup Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Moist Choco-Chunk Cake

mix eggs, oil and coconut milk. In food processor mix flour, dates, avocado, then add the wet mixture along w/everthing except maple syrup and chocolate chunks. When smooth, add remaining ingredients and mix by hand. spoon on a greased pan and spread for cake or spoon into cupcake holders. bake about 20 minutes on 350. Top w/frosting or not. If you don't do frosting, subtract 5 carbs from carb count. I like to add peppermint extract to batter or frosting for a change.
