5 servings of salt is generalization of all the seasoning I put into this.

Recipe Ingredients for Moi moi

3 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
2 ounces Corned Beef
2 cup Stewed - Italian Recipe
5 serving Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Moi moi

Blend beans in a blender. Mix in corned beef and tomato juice. Add spices to taste. Pour small amounts into containers that can be stacked on top of each other in a LARGE pot. Pour enough water to cover the bottom of LARGE pot and bring to a boil. Place containers full of moi moi into boiling pot of water. Moi moi cooks from the steam of the water at the bottom of the pot, so keep adding water as is necessary until moi moi becomes solid!
