Recipe Ingredients for Mohkam's Re-fried beans

1 medium onion
2 jalapeno peppers
4 cloves garlic
16 oz Kidney beans, All Types, Mature Seeds
150 ml vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mohkam's Re-fried beans

  1. seed jalapeno

  2. chop onion finely

  3. chop garlic finely

  4. fry in 2 tablespoons olive oil

  5. add garlic when onion is half browned

  6. add cooked beans when onions are finished browning

  7. add broth bit by bit while you mash the beans
