Couscous salad, eat warm or cold. I prefer warm. Chop up the vegetables any way you want, I like them finely chopped.

Recipe Ingredients for Mohkam's Couscous salad

1/2 cup couscous
1 small green onion
20 g olives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 small tomato
100 g cucumber
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mohkam's Couscous salad

  1. Put 1 teaspoon olive oil and a bit of salt in one cup of water

  2. Bring the water to a boil

  3. Add couscous, stir it a little

  4. Turn off heat and let it sit for five minutes

  5. Fluff up the couscous

  6. Chop the vegetables and toss them with the couscous

  7. Add lemon juice salt and pepper, toss till mixed well.

  8. Eat.
