Recipe Ingredients for Moelleux Aerien au citron

4 eggs
50 g brown sugar
50 g sugar
100 g light cream
150 g lemon juice
75 g gluten free flour
50 g corn starch
1 tbsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Moelleux Aerien au citron

  1. Cream egg yolks and sugars together

  2. Add the cream, the juice and zest of 3 lemons.

  3. Sieve the flours and the baking powder over the mix, and incorporate slowly

  4. Beat the whites until firm peaks

  5. Fold the whites in the cake batter

  6. Cook in an oven preheated at 175C for 20min

  7. Let cool in the pan, for easy unmoulding
