3/4 cup All Natural Cheese
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp light sour cream
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
16 oz Tofu Shirataki (Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute)

Recipe Directions for Modified Tofu Shirataki Cheesy Noodle Bake

Cook noodles as instructed. Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Add 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs to top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
