I modified to replace mayo with non-fat greek yogurt and use chicken breast vs chicken legs 4 points+ per serving

1 lb chicken breasts
2 1/2 cups bran flakes
3 tsp kosher salt, less if you are using regular salt

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a rack above. Spray rack with oil.
