Recipe Ingredients for Modified Sacred Heart Soup

4 Fresh Diced Tomatoes
2 large green onions
8 stalks Fresh celery
4 cups Fresh green beans
2 lbs. carrots
8 cups g) Bok Choy
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup minced yellow onion
2 tsp,+crumbled bay leaves
1 tbs thyme
1 tbs pepper
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 dash of salt
4 cups of water
4 serving Central Market Organics Vegetarian Vegetable Broth

Recipe Directions for Modified Sacred Heart Soup

  1. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces.

  2. Cover with water & broth.

  3. Season to taste. (you can use other spices like oregano basil, and rosemary.)

  4. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender. Don't overcook veggies!

  5. The longer you let it set before you eat it... the better the broth tastes. :)
