1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 packet splenda

Recipe Directions for Modified Pancakes

  1. Mix oats, buttermilk.

  2. Mix flour, spice, soda, powder.

  3. Mix egg, vanilla and applesauce into oats and buttermilk.

  4. Mix in dry ingredients.
