Fattening, tasty meatloaf, slightly modified from Paula Deen's "Basic Meatloaf" recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Modified Meatloaf

1 pound of lean ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
8 ounces of hot salsa
1/2 cup Panko
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Modified Meatloaf

mix ground beef, slightly beaten egg, salsa, Panko and 1/2 of the cheese. Will be very moist. Pat into loaf pan. Make an indent down the center of the loaf and sprinkle rest of the cheese. combine ketchup and brown sugar and spread over mixture. Place in preheated oven at 350 and bake for 1 hour.
