Recipe Ingredients for Modified Lower-calorie blueberry muffins

1/4 cup applesauce
3/4 cup splenda
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup fat-free yogurt
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Modified Lower-calorie blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius.

  2. Line muffin pan with muffin liners, or grease it.

  3. Combine dry ingredients; combine wet ingredients; add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. :) Gently fold in blueberries last.

  4. Spoon batter into lined/greased muffin pan. Should be about 3/4 full.

  5. Place pan into preheated oven; bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Muffins should spring back when touched.
