32 oz (raw) Chicken
1 serving Paprika Smoked
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
15 grams Ground Cumin
5 grams Cayenne Pepper
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 clove Garlic
4 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tbsp Butter
2 clove Garlic
1 large Onions
1 large Onions
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
29 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 serving Paprika Smoked
15 g Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Vinegar red wine
0.5 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half

Recipe Directions for Modified guy fieri's chicken tikka masala

  1. Liberally salt and pepper the skinless chicken greats. Then cut them up into 2x2 in cubes

  2. Place in a zip lock bag, the 1 cup yogurt with the following spices:

  3. 2 tb smoked paprika,

  4. 1 tb ground coriander,

  5. 1 tb ground cumin,

  6. 2 tsp cayenne pepper,

  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon,

  8. 3 cloves garlic, minced,

  9. 1 in ginger, minced.

  10. Mix up all the spices evenly in the yogurt to make marinade.

  11. Place cut up chicken into bag, coat chicken, marinade 1-3 hrs.

  12. After marinade, place chicken on very hot grill plate, and sear until brown.

  13. In a Dutch oven, heat the oil and butter. Add the chopped onion, sauté over medium heat until translucent. Add the chopped garlic sauté too.

  14. Add 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tb paprika, 2 tsp Garamond masala, sauté and cook paste and spices for a couple of min.

  15. Add 2 cans diced fire roasted tomatoes.

  16. Add vinegar and grilled chicken.

  17. Cook covered for about 1 hr.

  18. Finish with 1/2 cup half&half. Stir.
