Recipe Ingredients for Modified German Chocolate Cheesecake Frosting

1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Modified German Chocolate Cheesecake Frosting

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and egg yolks. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick enough to cover the back of a metal spoon.

  2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, fold in coconut and pecans. Cool until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Frost cooled cake
