Recipe Ingredients for Modified County Quiche

1 lb. Pork Sausage
8 large EGG whites
1 tsp. BAKING POWDER
1 cup onions
20 GRAPE TOMATOES, HALVED
2 1/2 cups (10 OZ.) SHREDDED Fat Free SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 tsp. SALT
1/4 tsp. FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
2 crust,+single+9" PIE SHELLS

Recipe Directions for Modified County Quiche

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COOK SAUSAGE IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING UNTIL CRUMBLY AND NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN WELL.

  2. WHISK TOGETHER EGG WHITES AND BAKING POWDER; STIR IN SAUSAGE, TOMATOES ONIONS AND NEXT THREE INGREDIENTS. DIVIDE MIXTURE BETWEEN PIE SHELLS.

  3. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL FILLING IS SET. COOL 10 MINUTES ON WIRE RACKS BEFORE SERVING.
