100 grams Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.4 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 clove Garlic
5 grams Onions
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
20 grams Tomatoes
1 leaf, medium Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for Modified Chris' Bay Area Burger

  1. Dice garlic and onion to fine pieces.

  2. Mix garlic, onion, basil, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and ground beef.

  3. Split into two even balls and grill in high heat 3 minutes each side til well-done.

  4. Toast bread and add lettuce on each slice.

  5. Place burger patty on top of the lettuce and top with freshly sliced tomatoes.
