Recipe Ingredients for Modified Banana Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup applesauce
4 egg whites
3 cup bananas

Recipe Directions for Modified Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degs. Spray 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.

  3. In another bowl, combine applesauce, eggwhites, and bananas. Combine with dry ingredients and pour into pan.

  4. Bake 60-65 mins, use toothpick test. Let rest 10 mins. and turn out onto rack.
