This is a modification of Blackthorne's Hearty Gingerbread. I substituted 1/2 cup splenda sugarblend for the sugar and fat free milk for the soy milk. I haven't tried it, so I'm not sure if it's any good. This recipe has 12 servings (43 grams). Each serving has 56 calories and .4 grams of fat.
