  1. Melt coconut oil and add the pork chops...cook until brown.

  2. pour in chicken broth, vinegar and spices

  3. simmer uncovered for 20 min

  4. add onions and mushrooms during the last 10 min of cooking

  5. serve with fresh broccoli
