It's mock tuna salad. Awesome and vegan!

Recipe Ingredients for Mock Tuna Salad

16 oz Indonesian Tempeh
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 onion, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dried dill
4 tbsp Original Vegenaise
3 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Mock Tuna Salad

Boil tempeh for 20 min, let cool. Squish with a fork, add all ingredients and mix. Enjoy!
