Recipe Ingredients for Mock Rice

2 heads Cauliflower
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbls Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mock Rice

Put all ingredients into a saute pan and saute stirring frequently covered for about 30 minutes or until desired tenderness. Goes well with any meat entree!
