Recipe Ingredients for Mock Garlic Mashed Potatoes

1 head cauliflower
1 tbs cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp chicken boullion
1/8 tsp black pepper
3 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Mock Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Cut up cauliflower & boil for 7-10 minutes or until soft. Drain & pat dry. Puree in food processor until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend. Serve hot.
