Recipe Ingredients for Mock Chicken Parm

4 oz chicken breast
30 g Light Ragu Pasta Sauce
1 oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp chives
1 cup iceberg lettuce

Recipe Directions for Mock Chicken Parm

  1. Pan fry chicken breast in a skillet with Pam spray.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, and southern seasoning.

  3. After flipping chicken top with sauce.

  4. Cover and cook til no longer pink.

  5. Top with cheese cover and allow cheese to melt.

  6. Placed finished product on top of lettuce.

  7. Enjoy!
