Recipe Ingredients for Mock Apple Crumble

2 apples, medium
1/2 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp graham crumbs
4 tsp splenda
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp golden raisins
1 tbsp slivered almonds
3 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Mock Apple Crumble

  1. Heat all of the ingredients in a skillet over medium heat except the oats and graham crumbs for about 6-8 minutes

  2. Place the graham crumbs at the bottom of a medium sized ramekin. Top with the apple mixture and then the oats.

  3. You can then bake at 350 degrees for about 5-8 minutes to get the topping a little crispy.
