Got tired of the kids eating useless, dead foods for breakfast. At least this way, I can get eggs, protein, milk, fiber, and vitamins in their breakfast. I use the "organic" crusts from Whole Foods so that I know they don't have hydrogenated oil in them, either!

Recipe Ingredients for Mocha's Pumpkin Pie + Whey Recipe

29 oz pumpkin
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 t cinnamon
1 t ginger
1 t allspice
1 1/2 t salt
4 eggs
2 c milk
2 crust,+single+9" pie shells
60 3/5 g 100% Whey Protein Biochem

Recipe Directions for Mocha's Pumpkin Pie + Whey Recipe

Mix all ingredients together with a mixer to ensure that protein powder is fully integrated. Pour into pie shells. Bake @ 375* for 40 min or longer. Makes two 9" pies.
