3/4 cup fat free yogurt
1 cup coffee
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Mocha Smoothie

  1. Add yogurt, chilled coffee, banana, and ice. Blend.

  2. For additional flavor, add 2tbsp of Hershey's sugarfree chocolate syrup (15 cal) or 1-2tbsp of Torani sugarfree hazlenut syrup (0 cal).
