1 cup (8 fl oz) Coffee (Filter)
0.5 cup Nonfat Milk
1 tbsp Natural Cocoa
4 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
3 heaping tbsp Powder Soy Protein

Recipe Directions for Mocha Protein Shake

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Optional: Cinnamon

  3. If you want to make this shake a frozen drink use double strength coffee and add ice.
