Recipe Ingredients for Mocha Cooler

1 medium banana, cut into chunks
2 cups chocolate soy milk
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes

Recipe Directions for Mocha Cooler

  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients except ice cubes. cover; blend on high speed for about 15 seconds, or until smooth

  2. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend for about 15 seconds longer, or until blended.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
