I am just starting to throw everything into the lentil pot now...

Recipe Ingredients for Moar Lentils!

16 oz Lentils
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
2 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Moar Lentils!

  1. Sort dry lentils and add to large pot with an appropriate amount of water. I forgot to measure it. Sorry.

  2. Add chopped onion and bring to boil.

  3. Slice or chop carrots and squash. Set aside.

  4. When lentils are almost done, throw in the rest of the veggies.

  5. Season to taste. I added lots of basil, some oregano, garlic and paprika.

  6. Simmer until lentils and carrots are done.
