Recipe Ingredients for mmmmeatloaf

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2/3 cup ketchup
2 large carrots, diced
1 large onion, diced
3 cups spinach, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for mmmmeatloaf

  1. mix it all together

  2. (i used steak seasoning instead of pepper)

  3. bake 1 hr 350, drain.
