Recipe Ingredients for Mlpc Asian-style Veg-Noodle Soup

6 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, whole Mushrooms
2 medium Tomatoes
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
6 cup Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Mlpc Asian-style Veg-Noodle Soup

  1. Bring broth to a boil, turn down to simmer.

  2. Add carrots and broccoli.

  3. Meanwhile boil water for spaghetti.

  4. Let broth and vegetables simmer.

  5. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook spaghetti.

  6. Whisk egg and egg whites together.

  7. Bring soup to a mild boil, pour in whisked eggs.

  8. Place cooked spaghetti into large bowls.

  9. Add soup over noodles.

  10. Serve hot.
