Recipe Ingredients for mks Taco Rice

16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
12 oz Home-Style Fresh Salsa
1 cup Tomato Sauce
3 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for mks Taco Rice

  1. Brown ground beef with 1/2 cup onions. If desired rinse cooked meat to remove excess fat. Add tomato sauce, salsa to ground meat and simmer for 10min.

  2. Serve meat mixture over rice. Add remaining ingredients as toppings.

  3. Other toppings may include sour cream, additional salsa, avocado, tortilla chips.
