Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Veggies Saute

1 cup, chopped Broccoli
100 grams Carrots
180 grams Beans, Snap, Green
4 clove Garlic
3 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Mixed Veggies Saute

  1. Cut up broccoli into flowerets. Slice carrots into match sticks. slice beans into 1.5-inch long strips. Mince garlic.

  2. Heat oil, add garlic and shrimp.

  3. Add all the vegetables and saute until cooked but still crunchy. Season with salt and pepper.
