Mixed veggies intended for the grill- really good!

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed veggies for the grill

4 c potatoes
1 c yellow squash
1 c zuchinni
3/4 c onion, yellow
3 c bell pepper
1/2 c mushrooms, Green Giant prepared
1/2 c mushrooms, Green Giant prepared
2 tbl light caesar dressing

Recipe Directions for Mixed veggies for the grill

  1. slice up all items to about equal size (not smaller than 1/2")

  2. stir up with the dressing in a bowl

  3. microwave 20-30 minutes until 3/4 done (not quite soft to a fork)

  4. put on grill in grilling bowl (with holes) until cooked to preference
