corn, okra, string beans may be fresh or frozen varieties

Recipe Ingredients for mixed veggies 1

1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 salt to taste
3/4 cup okra
2/3 cup corn
3/4 cup string beans

Recipe Directions for mixed veggies 1

  1. put veggies in medium pan (if fresh add 1/4 cup water)

  2. add remaining ingredients

  3. cook on medium heat until frozen veggies thaw or until fresh veggies steam

  4. cook out any remaining liquid

  5. season with salt
